Mollie's ultimate goal is to empower clients by supporting them through practical and science-based solutions that genuinely improve their quality of life.
Mollie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Her approach focuses on gaining a fundamental and holistic understanding of each individual client and approaching any medical diagnoses within this personal context. Mollie's ultimate goal is to empower clients by supporting them through practical and science-based solutions that genuinely improve their quality of life.
Prior to joining Nashville Nutrition Partners, Mollie co-founded VidaFuel, LLC; the first company solely dedicated to creating foods targeted toward those with Chronic Kidney Disease and renal failure. Mollie is a frequent speaker to various organizations, including the American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) and has published articles for nutrition-focused periodicals, including RenalLife magazine.
Mollie is particularly passionate about working with clients managing endocrine disorders, especially PCOS or diabetes (type 1, type 2, and gestational). In addition to her work with Chronic Kidney Disease and endocrine disorders, Mollie's clinical experience includes womenβs reproductive health, binge eating disorder, family feeding, food allergies and behavior change for improved health outcomes.
Mollie belongs to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the Advocacy Chair.
